Fannie Mae will be retiring Home Counselor Online™ in 2019, and NeighborWorks has similarly announced a wind down of CounselorMax. Both are converting to a new application for tracking client data and outcomes. Learn about the industry-wide collaboration involved in the development of the new LaunchPad system.
