Welcome to the FHC’s Virtual Conference
To virtually participate in the conference Live Session, On-Demand Sessions, Expo Hall, and network with fellow attendees, you will need to log in to the Virtual Event Portal. (If you have not received your Welcome Email entitled VIRTUAL EVENT PORTAL ACCESS — please call 1-888-322-3088)
How to Access the Conference Virtual Event Portal
(Best viewed in Google Chrome)
- Write down or print your password locatd at the bottom of your welcome email.
- Once you click on the “Visit Virtual Portal” button below.
- You will be prompted enter your password in the login screen. (It’s best to type in password – do not cut and paste.)
- Click on “Login” button to enter the virtual portal.
Next, please update your own profile under the “My Profile” tab on the navigation bar. You will be able to browse the Sessions, Speakers, Exhibit Hall now, but we ask that you first update your profile.
Update your Profile
- Click on “Account” (menu on left)
- You can customize your password. On the right side of the screen, enter your custom password, which requires 10 characters, a number, and a capital letter.
- Update your organization’s name and your title, if needed.
- Provide your bio in the About Me section.
- Upload your headshot by clicking browse to locate a profile photo on your computer (PNG or JPEG).
- Enter your website, Twitter and LinkedIn handles.
- Scroll down to the bottom and click “Save.”
How to Access Sessions
All Conference programming is under the “Sessions” tab (menu on left) both Live Sessions and On-Demand Sessions.
- Click on the session name to access the session. The video will show up in the middle of the session page, with the Chat and Q&A to the right.
If there is a session that you are interested in, click on the plus sign in the upper right corner of the session information. This will add the session to your personal schedule.
On-Demand Sessions can also be viewed under the “Channel” tab (menu on left) and will be available for viewing until June 30, 2022.
Connect with Attendees
Click on “Networking” (menu on left) to view attendees. Click “Start Chat” to connect with them via private chat or video chat within the platform.
Enter Exhibit Hall (Opening Early on Fri, Aug. 27 from 10am until 2pm)
Click on “Exhibit Hall” (menu on left) to view all Conference Exhibitors. Click on the Exhibitor’s name to access their booth.
You can chat with exhibitors or scroll down for the exhibitor’s content. A chat box is available in every area of the Conference platform.
How to Enter the Raffles- Earn Points to Enter Raffles
- FHC Michael Chaney Raffle- Aug. 30 at 4:30pm
- Nonprofit $1,000 Raffle- Aug. 31 at 4:30pm
One Raffle Entry = 500 Points (Yes, you can earn multiple raffle entries!)
How To Earn Points – It’s Easy!
- Earn Double Points by visiting Exhibitors on Fri., Aug. 27 from 10am until 2pm and Mon., Aug. 30 from Noon to 1:30pm. (Hint: You will need to ask each exhibitor for their Booth Code.)
- Visit Exhibitors anytime from now until Monday at 2pm for FHC Michael Chaney Raffle and Tuesday at noon for the Nonprofit $1K Raffle Drawing.
- View any of our On-Demand Sessions (25 points each)
- Attend our Live Sessions (50 points each)
How to Redeem Your Points!
It’s Easy – Click on “Gamification” (menu on left). Redeem Your Points with the special code you were given. All raffle winners will be notified via email by Fri., Sept. 3.
