Andres Izaguirre

Director of Program Development

Andres Izaguirre is the Director of Program Development for Rebuilding Together Tampa Bay (RTTB). He brings over 13 years of experience in the non-profit arena where he has successfully built strategic partnerships in key sectors of the nonprofit world. He is responsible for developing and implementing the fundraising strategy for Rebuilding Together Tampa Bay. As an accomplished grant writer, he works in conjunction with the Executive Director to manage annual fundraising goals and engages sponsors in ongoing service activities. Andres is passionate about RTTB’s mission to provide a safe and healthy home to our community’s most vulnerable members. He also serves on the board of the Tampa Bay Asthma Coalition, where he holds the Home Visit and Advocacy Chairs. He is committed to improve community health (asthma) and spearhead practice priorities to advance system level change to increase health equity in our community. Andres holds a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of Tampa – John H. Sykes College of Business, a Master of Science Degree in Aging and Neuroscience from the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biomedical Science and Bachelor of Arts Degree in Modern French Language from the University of South Florida. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, playing tennis and learning new languages.
