George Romagnoli

Arbour Valley Communities, Regional Director
George has recently become the Regional Director of Arbour Valley Communities, an affordable housing rental developer. George previously served as the Vice President for Real Estate Development for Tampa Bay CDC, developing single family homes in St. Petersburg. He also served as the Planning Director with the City of New Port Richey. Prior to joining New Port Richey, George was the Community Development Director of the Pasco County Community Development Department, a position he held since 2002. Before that, he served as Assistant Community Development Manager, Housing Coordinator, and Community Development Specialist for Pasco County. Romagnoli received his bachelor’s degree in political science from Stetson University. He went on to receive a master’s degree in urban and regional planning from Florida State University. He is active with the Boy Scouts, serving as the Council Commissioner of the Greater Tampa Bay Area Council. Romagnoli is also the former Chair of the West Central Florida SHIP Steering Committee and previously served on the Executive Board of the Pasco County United Way and the Pasco Homeless Coalition. He was a Gubernatorial appointee twice to the Affordable Housing Study Commission. He received the Outstanding Public Servant Award from the West Pasco Chamber of Commerce and the Outstanding Government Service Awards from the West Pasco Board of Realtors.
