Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Florida Housing Coalition Annual Conference?

The Florida Housing Coalition Annual Conference is Florida’s largest statewide affordable housing event, bringing together more than 1,200 housing professionals, nonprofit leaders, developers, lenders, industry experts, advocates, and representatives from local, state, and federal governments for training, strategy, and networking.

If you work in housing, this is where you get what you need to succeed. From hands-on training to insider policy updates and connections with funders, you’ll walk away with new strategies you can put to work immediately and relationships that will last long after the conference ends.

The 2026 conference will be held August 24-26, 2026, at the Rosen Centre in Orlando, FL. Room booking details will be announced in early 2026.

Anyone working in or passionate about affordable housing—nonprofit staff, developers, service providers, local governments, lenders, advocates, and private-sector partners.

The Annual Conference brings together leaders from across Florida to share solutions, highlight innovations, and strengthen housing opportunities. With more than 50 sessions, statewide policy updates, and training for every level of experience, the conference is a must-attend for anyone committed to affordable housing.
