Aileen Pruitt is Senior Vice President and Florida Market Manager for Community Development Banking for PNC Bank. PNC is devoted to improving low-to-moderate income neighborhoods by offering and delivering financial education courses, consumer products, community development lending products and direct investments within these communities. PNC proudly formed an Opportunity Zone fund to provide both debt and equity capital into affordable housing projects. Pruitt’s tenure with PNC spans nearly 25 years, primarily through legacy institutions (Harbor Federal Savings Bank, then National City). For over ten years, Pruitt has managed the responsibilities for PNC’s CRA performance and results in Florida. Pruitt’s community service includes being a Board Member of both the Florida Housing Coalition and the Florida Community Development Association. A proud graduate of the University of Florida, Pruitt resides in Tampa with her husband. They are proud parents to five children.
