Kelly Rigell

Grants and Communications Manager

Kelly Rigell is the Grants and Communications Manager at Adopt-A-Family of the Palm Beaches, Inc. During her 14-year career with the agency, she spent several years in direct client service helping to prevent family homelessness and overseeing an innovative housing program designed to guide working-class families toward financial stability and homeownership. In 2017, Kelly assumed the leadership role in the development, program design, and fundraising for the agency’s newest housing endeavor, Third Avenue Homes. She led the capital campaign committee tasked with raising $6.6 million for construction and program operating expenses. She also managed the development of the outcome framework that will evaluate the program and inform service delivery. Kelly has a bachelor’s degree in social work from Palm Beach Atlantic University, earned her Housing and Credit Counseling certification from Neighborworks America, and is a graduate of Nonprofits First Rising Leaders program.
