Regina Cannon, Chief Equity and Impact Officer at C4 Innovations, has dedicated her career to being an active leader fighting for equitable policies, institutions, and systems and addressing marginalization of people of color. She has 20 years of experience leading anti-poverty initiatives addressing homelessness, supportive housing, community capacity building, and youth leadership development. Regina speaks and conducts trainings on racial equity and housing throughout the country and hosts the C4 podcast Morning Cup of Equity. Previously, Regina was Southeast Director for Corporation for Supportive Housing where she worked with communities to transform systems of care into results driven systems providing sustainable, permanent housing to those experiencing homelessness. She also developed and managed mental health and drug court programs and Restorative Justice Board programs for young adults in the criminal justice system. Regina was also an Assistant Professor at Bennett College and an adjunct at North Carolina A&T State University.
