Andrew Velo-Arias is a Development Manager with Related Urban. Andrew oversees all aspects of the development process from initial site planning and design through entitlements, construction and lease-up. Andrew has been actively involved in developing and implementing the River Parc Master Plan, a 22-acre public housing redevelopment effort in Little Havana. Prior to joining Related in 2017, Andrew worked for the Goldman Sachs Urban Investment Group and New York City Economic Development Corporation where he worked on large mixed-use, mixed-income developments in New York City. Andrew Velo-Arias holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Master’s in Public Policy from the Kennedy School of Government. He was born and raised in Hialeah, Florida.
