Bill Aldinger is the Director of Policy and Special Programs for the Florida Housing Finance Corporation. Bill’s responsibilities include managing Florida Housing’s policy and strategic plan related research, development and implementation activities, as well as providing oversight of many of the Corporation’s special programs such as the SHIP Program, Predevelopment Loan Program, Permanent Supportive Housing, and demonstrations. He sits on several statewide advisory committees or councils such as the Department of Children and Families’ Council on Homelessness and the Department of Elder Affairs’ State Plan on Aging Advisory Committee. Bill has more than 35 years’ experience in both the public and private sectors in the areas of housing, long-term care, and community-based health and supportive services.
