With more than 25 years of experience in the building and development industry, Craig has focused his career around innovation, execution and growth. As Chief Operating Officer, Craig oversees a wide array of projects and operating businesses throughout Tavistock Development’s portfolio – including their mixed-use projects and residential development. In addition, Craig oversees Tavistock’s onsite property management, technology, hotel and resort developments. Prior to joining Tavistock Development, Craig most recently served as a Division President with Pulte Group – leading all operations throughout New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Throughout his career, Craig has spearheaded the planning and construction of more than 20,000 homes ranging from single-family detached and attached residences, to an array of multi-family buildings. In addition, Craig directed the planning and development of hundreds of projects, including large master-planned communities, infill and mixed-use developments. Craig is a graduate of Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada.
