Senior Community Development Officer

Grace is responsible for managing fundraising for LISC NYC and working with senior staff to develop programmatic initiatives in the areas of affordable housing, economic development, health and nonprofit capacity building. From 2015-2020 Grace also managed LISC NYC’s New York Land Opportunity Program (NYLOP) which helps mission-driven organizations, such as houses of worship, to partner with experienced developers to develop new affordable housing on their land. Prior to joining LISC NYC in 2015, she served as a graduate fellow at the Philadelphia Commerce Department’s office of Neighborhood Economic Development. Previously, Grace was a Communications Associate at Rising Tide Capital, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to build resilient communities through entrepreneurship. A former Fulbright Fellow, Grace holds a bachelor’s degree from Seton Hall University and a master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Pennsylvania.
