Hilary Bruno

Hilary Bruno is the Assistant Director for Pasco County Community Development and has an extensive background in grants management. In her current position Hilary manages federal grants including HUD’s CDBG, CDBG-DR, ESG and COVID funds, and prepares plans required by HUD. Experience includes providing technical assistance to community partners and subrecipient management. She is passionate about making partnerships that create innovative long-term solutions using state and federal funding. Hilary holds a BA in psychology from George Washington University. She sits on the Human Services Technical Advisory Board for Pasco Hernando State College.
