Jim Walker is the Loan Officer for South Florida where he underwrites housing and community development loans,as well as provides support for the organization’s New Markets Tax Credit Program. Mr. Walker joined the Florida Community Loan Fund in 2010, bringing 25 years of community development finance and lending experience including structuring financing for multi-family housing, charter schools, community health clinics, and Historic and NMTC revitalization projects. Mr. Walker has served on Capitol Hill, where he was responsible for budgeting and international finance and development issues. Mr. Walker received his BA from Harvard College and an MBA from Columbia University. He is a native South Floridian.
