SHIP Administrator

Lori Switzer Mills is the Administrator of the Franklin County SHIP Program. She has worked with the Program since 2002 and is contracted with the County to administer all parts of the program. We are currently working on Down Payment Assistance and home repairs for SHIP, Hurricane Housing Recovery Funds and Coronavirus Relief Funds. Lori is a wife and mother of three boys. She has always worked in the social service field, working as case manager with the Franklin County Senior Citizens Council, Food Pantry Coordinator for the Franklin County Food Pantry and as a case manager for Catholic Charities of NW Florida coordinating their Rapid Re-Housing and Homeless Prevention Grant.
