Michelle Norris was named EVP of External Affairs and Strategic Partnerships in March 2016. Her primary responsibilities include directing the implementation of the National Church Residences’ five-year strategic plan, overseeing the expansion and impact of the National Church Residences’ mission, public policy, philanthropy, communications and public relations. Norris joined National Church Residences in 1993 and has also served the organization as Director of Corporate Financial Services, COO of Housing Management, and Chief Development Officer. She served as President of National Church Residences Investment Corp. from 2014 to 2018. Norris currently serves on the boards of Stewards of Affordable Housing for the Future (SAHF), LeadingAge Ohio, and the Corporation for Supportive Housing (CSH). In addition to her work in affordable housing, Ms. Norris enjoys long distance running, backpacking, and other outdoor activities. She is also an active member of the Vineyard Columbus Church.
