Wynnora (Wendy) Wilson is an attorney with Legal Aid Service of Broward County, Inc. and leads the firm’s efforts with the FCDL Project. Wendy has over thirty years of experience in real estate law and her practice is focused on affordable housing and community development law. She represents nonprofit affordable developers in Broward County with a variety of construction, financing and general real estate and corporate issues, drawing upon her previous real estate and corporate experience with several large and medium-sized law firms based in Miami, Fl. Wendy was born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida and received her B.S. magna cum laude from Florida State University and her J.D. with honors from the Levin College of Law at the University of Florida where she was a member of the University of Florida Law Review and a Legal Research and Writing Fellowship Instructor. Wendy is also a Florida Supreme Court certified Circuit-Civil Mediator, a Qualified Arbitrator and a licensed real estate salesperson.
