In this session, we look at the variety of roles the Faith Based organization can play in the development of affordable housing. This includes the value of church owned land for development of affordable housing, and what the religious institution can expect in terms of partnering with affordable housing developers; whether the congregations and faith based organizations will have a role in property management or resident services, and what a healthy joint venture looks like.
